Following the announcement of the easing of restrictions on 19th July 2021, Okehampton Osteopathic Practice continues to be open to provide osteopathic care to our patients. Infection control measures will remain in place as before due to the close contact nature of our work.
We ask that you don’t come to see us if you have any symptoms of covid-19, including a temperature, new persistent cough, loss of taste or smell, persistent headache or if you have been in contact recently with anyone who currently has covid-19.
If you are in a vulnerable group or have other health conditions, like diabetes, please let us know.
Please arrive on time for your appointment but not too early. We will be staggering our appointment times to reduce the risk of people meeting as they arrive and leave, to comply with social distancing. If possible, we ask that you come unaccompanied or that your companion remains in your car. If you prefer to wait in your car, we can call you to come in, when we are ready to see you.
We will be wearing the required PPE for your consultation. We ask that all our patients wash their hands on arriving at the clinic. Facilities are provided for you.
Where possible please pay using BACS or card. We will still accept cheques or cash. Please let us know if you develop any covid-19 symptoms in the days following your appointment.
Thank you for your co-operation
